PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent fraudulent actions accompanying the fraudulent change of a setting value by special radio waves or the like by a fraudulent radio transmitter for instance by performing communication between a game machine and a hall computer through a signal line not having electromagnetic inductivity. SOLUTION: The contents of a setting value are displayed in a color according to each setting value by a putout number display device controlled by a central display control board 410 on the side of a slot machine 1, and chrominance signals according to the setting value are outputted from the central display control board further. When the chrominance signals according to the setting value displayed at the putout number display device 230 are converted to color information by optical pulse signals by an E/O converter 700 and outputted through an optical fiber cable 720 to the side of the hall computer 800, the color information by the optical pulse signals from the E/O converter 700 is converted to the chrominance signals by electric signals by an O/E converter 740 on the side of the hall computer 800.
