PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image input part adjusting system and the like capable of automatically and appropriately adjusting variation in output image signals. SOLUTION: An image input part adjusting system 100 includes: an image input part 130, including a signal voltage correcting section 132 which corrects a voltage level of an image signal to produce a corrected signal, for inputting the image signal from an image supplying device; a conversion part 140 which quantizes the corrected signal to produce quantized data; and an adjustment part 150 which adjusts the voltage level by controlling the signal voltage correcting section 132, wherein the adjustment part 150 adjusts a lower limit of the voltage level in such a way that the quantized data resulting from quantizing black correction data satisfy a black proper condition, and adjusts an upper limit of the voltage level in such a way that the quantized data resulting from quantizing white correction data satisfy a white proper condition.
