FIELD: food engineering, in particular, equipment for separating food or feed proteins from slaughter animal blood. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing divided into two sections and provided with branch pipes. Perforated drum and conical filtering member are mounted on hollow drive shafts inside sections. Construction of apparatus allows all operations of processing slaughter animal blood into powder to be performed in intensive and continuous mode of operation.
