PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time required for preparing mesh data for numerical simulation from structural information of an object to be analyzed. SOLUTION: A mesh data preparation processing part 200 executes a process for preparing offset plane or neutral plane data of each part and a process for preparing the mesh data of the offset plane or neutral plane data of each the part based on the structural information of the object including the plurality of parts to produce the mesh data for the numerical simulation. A parts list storage part 220 stores a mesh preparation condition for preparing the mesh data of the part in association with each part. A batch processing instruction part 102 instructs the mesh data preparation processing part 200 about batch processing for sequentially performing processing for each part, and instructs to prepare the mesh data according to the mesh preparation condition for each part in reference to the parts list storage part 220.
