PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of suppressing a light source unit being arranged in a deviated manner.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture 1 includes a light source unit 3 and a holding unit 5. The light source unit 3 emits light. The holding unit 5 extends along a direction D in which the light source unit 3 extends, and holds the light source unit 3. The light source unit 3 includes a light source part 90, a mounting member 100 on which the light source part 90 is mounted, and a cover member 40 for covering the light source part 90. The cover member 40 includes: a pair of first base parts 42 extending along the direction D; a pair of protrusion wall parts 50 protruding from the pair of first base parts 42 and for holding the mounting member 100; and a pair of first elevation parts 52 for elevating from the pair of first base parts 42 so as to sandwich the pair of protrusion wall parts 50. The holding unit 5 includes a recess part 130 having a pair of side wall surfaces 130b extending in the direction D.
