PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head that can suppress effects of noise on control signals, and a liquid discharge device.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge head has a plurality of terminals 21, 22 and 23 to be electrically connected to contact points provided on a liquid discharge device, and a liquid discharge element substrate 13 having a liquid discharge element formed thereon for discharging liquid according to control signals transmitted from the liquid discharge device. A driving power supply terminal 23 and a driving ground terminal 22 for driving the liquid discharge element are arranged adjacently. Power-supply wiring which connects the driving power-supply terminal to the liquid discharge element substrate and ground wiring which connects the driving ground terminal to the liquid discharge element substrate are at least partially arranged in parallel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
