PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent white ants from invading under a floor, and facilitate maintenance. SOLUTION: An earth floor slab 3 which consists of ferroconcrete is integratedly formed with a footing beam 12 on the crest of the footing beam 12 of a foundation which consists of ferroconcrete by connecting its reinforcing bar arrangements 3R with the reinforcing bar arrangements 1R of the footing beam 12 and using the crest of the footing beam 12 as a construction joint surface. Moreover, an footing beam penetration pipe 43 whose connecting parts 43a for a joint having an equal length to the width of the footing beam 12 and are provided on its both pipe ends is buried and fixed in the footing beam 12, and a real pipe 4A for guiding the transportation of water supply and drainage, gas, and other fluids or cables for electric wiring is extended by connecting to the both pipe ends.
