摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably attach a cover substrate to a channel substrate without affecting an ink jet performance, to prevent a positional deviation after attaching the cover substrate to the channel substrate to each other, and to facilitate handling at manufacturing. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the inkjet head which includes the channel substrate 1 having ink channels sectioned by diaphragms 13 with the use of a polarized piezoelectric plate, and the cover substrate 2, and which discharges ink from nozzles by shearing the diaphragms 13, metal electrodes 6 are set at surfaces of the diaphragms 13 of the channel substrate 1, and then a first adhesive is applied to regions (a) of the cover substrate 2 which contribute to discharging of ink of the channel substrate 1. At the same time, a second adhesive which is slower to be turned into a stage B than the first adhesive is applied to regions b of the cover substrate 2 which do not contribute to discharging of ink of the channel substrate 1. Thereafter, each adhesive is brought into the B stage state and then, the channel substrate 1 and the cover substrate 2 are bonded while pressured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
