摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductivity for a component so as to reduce error actions due to electromagnetic waves in a flow rate measurement device and its weight by molding a base part assembly surrounding an electronic circuit, a housing and a part of a cover of conductive resin. SOLUTION: In an internal combustion engine, a heating type flow rate measurement device is constructed by defining an auxiliary passage 2 in a main passage 1 of a body 7 forming a gas passage and arranging a heating resistor 3 and a temperature sensing resistor 4 in the auxiliary passage 2. The resistors 3, 4 are supported by a conductive support member 5, which is electrically connected to an electronic circuit board 12 by means of an electric wiring member 13, and inside a module 8, the electronic circuit board 12 is fixed onto a base part assembly 9 by an adhesive and the like. The base part assembly 9 is surrounded by a housing 10 overlaid by a cover 11, the housing 10 and the cover 11 are molded of a conductive resin 20, and a thermistor terminal, a power source terminal, an output terminal and the like are arranged electrically insulated from the housing 10.</p>
