The purpose of the present invention is to provide an emergency power auto supply and control apparatus having a fire alarm function capable of automatically turning on an emergency light when a power outage occurs, capable of automatically turning on the emergency light when a fire is generated in a state in which permanent power is applied, and capable of separately recognizing the generation of the fire in the state in which the permanent power is applied and the generation of the fire when the power outage occurs by generating an acoustic warning. According to an aspect of the present invention, the emergency power auto supply and control apparatus having the fire alarm function comprises: a fire operation relay unit to operate a first relay device by using firefighting power in the generation of the fire; a relay switch unit to connect an emergency power source by operating a molded case circuit breaker according to the excitation of the first relay device or operating the molded case circuit breaker in the outage of the permanent power; and a lighting and warning unit to turn on the light and to trigger an alarm in the generation of the fire in the state in which the permanent power is applied according to the operation of the relay switch unit.
