<p>Instrument for insertion and orientation of an ear plug, comprising a cylinder (10) open at one end thereof and having a circular cylindrical cylinder bore, and a piston (16) to be reciprocated in the cylinder bore, said piston having a piston rod (17) projecting from the other end of the cylinder.
