PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having excellent characteristics such as oxygen gas barrier properties suitable for a heat-shrinkable film, useful as a single layer or a cross-linked laminated film, comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin, a polyester elastomer and a vinylidene chloride resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 26-70wt.% thermoplastic polyester resin formed from (i) a mixed dibasic acid component composed of terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid and (ii) a mixed dihydric alcohol component composed of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol, (B) 10-30wt.% polyester elastomer formed from the component (i) and (iii) a mixed dihydric alcohol component composed of 1,4-butanediol and a polytetramethylene glycol and (C) 20-44wt.% vinylidene chloride resin. |
