SOLUTION: A terminal equipment 10 for an agent used by a credit company, a user's terminal equipment 20 and a a terminal equipment for a member shop are connected through a network 40. At least the terminal equipment 10 and the user's terminal equipment 20 among them are provided with signature generating devices 11 and 21 generating one's own signature and the respective terminal equipments 10, 20 and 30 are provided with inspection parts 12, 22 and 32 inspecting mutual signature in an electronic manner. Thus at the time of buying merchandise, a user sends merchandise information, etc., to a member shop by using his own signature and the member shop inspects and confirms the signature and then sends merchandise. |
