PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To gather a large quantity of premature eggs by relatively sliding a net member with mesh holes sufficiently passing follicles including eggs and a pinching member facing it, releasing eggs or follicles including eggs from the meshes of the net member in gathering eggs from a carcass ovarium. SOLUTION: In gathering eggs from a carcass ovarium, a slit is applied by a ruby scalpel, and a cuticle is cut out by forceps a gathering sample. The gathering sample is mounted on the net member of an egg gathering device, a cylinder 6 and a net reception section 5 are threadably attached and set, the threadably attached position of a left knob 13 is changed, the energizing force of a piston section 11 to the net member is set to 3 kgf, and a small quantity of an egg recovery liquid is dripped from the notch 8 of the cylinder 6.
