PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ground solidifying method without requiring a necessity of increasing variety of products in response to a season, a necessity of manually adjusting quantity of the catalyst at a construction field, and a necessity of disposing the filling material left as it is not used. SOLUTION: A filling pipe 28 is arranged in an oblong hole 30 drilled in the natural ground 29. The two-liquid mixture type urethane group foaming chemical liquid obtained by mixing a liquid A and a liquid B is supplied to the filling pipe 28, and filled into the natural ground 29 to solidify the natural ground. The liquid A, the liquid B and a diluent liquid C for the catalyst working as a catalyst when mixing the liquid A and the liquid B are separately prepared. When mixing the liquid A, the liquid B and the diluent liquid C for supply, the liquid A, the liquid B and the diluent liquid C are mixed in this side of the filling pipe 28.
