PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of straw floating on a puddled and tilled soil. SOLUTION: The puddling implement 1 has a link part 10 for linking the implement 1 to the rear part of a traveling machine body 90, a body frame 20 attached to the rear part thereof and extended in the right and left direction, a pair of supporting frames 30 and 31 attached to both of the right and left terminal parts thereof, a tillage rotor 40 supported between them so as to be freely rotatable, and a shield cover 50 extended in the front and rear direction at the upper part above the rotation locus of the tillage rotor 40 installed so as to have a prescribed clearance 3, and covering the tillage rotor 40. The front terminal part of the shield cover 50 is tilted obliquely downward so that the water ejected from the clearance 3 to the traveling machine body side may flow out on the field between the traveling machine body 90 and the tillage rotor 40. The lower faces of both of the right and left sides of the shield cover 50 have water-flowing direction-regulating devices 70 having two or more tilted plates 71 tilted inward. Flowing-out-preventing plates 67 of the water for preventing the water ejected from the clearance 3 from flowing out to the outside in the axis direction of the tillage rotor 40 are installed in both of the right and left edge parts of the shield cover 50.
