<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic component mounting equipment which can inspect the sliding state of a suction nozzle from different angles, and can find failure or fault of the suction nozzle at an early stage. <P>SOLUTION: A load applied to a suction nozzle when it is pushed in is measured while varying the amount of pushing, and the amount of pushing is indicated on the abscissa and the measurement of load is indicated on the ordinate. The theoretical value (design value) of the measurement of load, the threshold for warning failure of the suction nozzle (warning upper limit threshold, warning lower limit threshold), and an error threshold (error upper limit threshold, error lower limit threshold), are also indicated. With such an arrangement, sliding state of the suction nozzle can be obtained visually from different angles, maintenance timing can be known exactly, poor sliding of a nozzle can be found at an early stage, and the component can be protected against damage due to an abnormal load caused by failure of the nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
