PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a right management system which eliminates the necessity of designation of an assignee by an assignor in a right assignment procedure.SOLUTION: A right management system 10 comprises functions of transmitting transferable display data to an assignor terminal 20, receiving assignment application data from the assignor terminal 20, receiving state inquiry data from an assignee terminal 30, transmitting assignment presentation data to the assignee terminal 30 in response to the assignment application data and the state inquiry data, receiving succession request data from the assignee terminal 30, and establishing the assignment in response to the assignment application data and the succession request data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
