The information management system involves a connection between a desk top program and a server script/server software. The exchange of information on a website with the server occurs by synchronisation with single key operation whereby a single short connecting session takes place between the client and the server, with which the content in the desk top application and that on the web server are synchronised. The presentation takes place via the internet browser (8) and management is via special software (9), which can be directly connected with the database (10) of the server (11). The internet browser is connected by the internet connection (12) with the website (13) of the web server (11). The management connection (14) is likewise a connection via the internet.
