PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely produce a plastic bag having a barrel part, a side gusset part, and a bottom gusset part. SOLUTION: A bottom gusset material 4 is folded along a longitudinal center line, and its both ends are turned back at 45°along the longitudinal center line. An auxiliary gusset part 5 is formed by both ends of the bottom gusset material 4. Every intermittent feeding of a barrel material 1, the bottom gusset material 4 is pushed in the width direction of the barrel material 1 and inserted between both layers of the barrel material 1.
