<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of improving communication quality by removing other pseudo noise signals using a PN tracker, and signal processor utilizing the same. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus processes and retransmits a received signal. The apparatus comprises a first processing means for converting a received RF signal to an intermediate frequency; a second processing means for performing digital signal processing by converting the intermediate frequency of an analog signal into a digital signal, down converting the digital signal into a baseband digital signal, identifying a pseudo noise code of a base station signal to be retransmitted by a digital signal processing unit, and removing other pseudo noise signals; a third processing means for up-converting the baseband digital signal subjected to digital signal processing, and further converting the signal into an analog signal; and a fourth processing means for converting the analog converted intermediate frequency into an RF signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
