PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set design specifications of an IC presser lever extremely easy, and simplify constitution of it by securely putting a pressure end of the IC presser lever to a constant position of an IC lead to push the IC lead down to securely obtain pressure contact with a contact. SOLUTION: This IC socket is provided with a contact 4 to get in contact with a lower surface of an IC lead 3 of an IC package main body 2, and an IC presser means to press an upper surface of the IC lead 3 downward to pressurize the IC lead 3 to get in contact with the contact 4, and as the IC presser means, a presser lever 13 supported to rotate about a constant fulcrum is provided. In this case, the presser lever 13 is energized by a spring 16 to rotate inward about the constant fulcrum, and it pushes the IC lead 3 down with the IC package main body 2 at a terminal end of rotation about the constant fulcrum to pressurize the IC lead 3 to get in contact with the contact 4. |
