<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for keeping stable antenna performance regardless of the operation state of a portable communication terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal (101) includes: an antenna (6) connected to a board; a conductive component (8) with one end electrically connected to the ground of the board; a matching circuit (110) inserted between the component and the ground of the board; and a state change detecting part (18) for detecting a change in an operation state of the self-terminal.
