<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operation request system. <P>SOLUTION: A remote operation request system 1 comprises: a user-side terminal 2 like a mobile phone 5 or a personal computer body 5b provided with a monitor 5c and a microphone 5f and that can be connected to a communication line 3; and a service provider-side system 4. The service provider-side system 4 comprises: a sever 6 to which a staff panel 7 containing staff explanations 7a, staff photographs 7b, and two-dimensional codes 7c for connection to incoms 10 of respective staffs 9, and a camera 8 for reading the two-dimensional codes 7c are connected; incoms 10 each of which comprises a main camera 10a having a staff camera 10d and a microphone 10c attached thereto through a connection part 10e and having an earpiece 10b with an earphone 10f attached thereto and is connected to the server 6 and a recorder 12; and staffs 9 provided with the incoms 10.
