<p>PURPOSE:To exclude danger from the aspect of safety and santation by using a polyurethane resin whose principal part is a polyether type, polycarbonate type and/or ether/carbonate copolyemr type polyurethane resin as a raw material and setting tensile strength and elongation at break to specific values or more and setting tensile stress under stretching to a specific value or less. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of a condom, a mold is immersed in an aq. polyurethane resin dispersion prepared by a water-soluble polyol method, a forcible emulsification method, a prepolymer and blocked isocyanate method, a melt dispersion method, a ketimine method, a ketazine method or a solid self-dispersion method and drawn up to be dried to peel the resin film on the mold. The principal part of a polyurethane resin used as a raw material is a polyether type, polycarbonate type and/or ether/carbonate copolyemr type polyurethane resin. This thermoplastic polyurethane resin is characterized by that tensile strength is 20MPa or more, elongation at break is 500% or more and tensile stress under 100% stretching is 4.0MPa or less.</p> |
