PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and inexpensive control circuit configuration for the temperature adjustment circuit of an electric hot plate under the application of a double plate type heating constitution. SOLUTION: A circuit having a first heating body 1 and a temperature regulator 5 connected in series, and a second heating body 7 and an excessive temperature rise prevention unit 13 connected in series, is connected to the first heating body 1 in parallel, and the excessive temperature rise prevention unit 13 is mounted to the first plate 2 heated via the first heating body 1 and a heat sensitive plate 12 laid at a nearby position, thereby forming an electric hot plate.
