PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech recording method and communication terminal in which speech voice data of a speech using a communication terminal can be easily managed. SOLUTION: The speech recording method for creating speech voice record data by recording speech voices communicated between a plurality of communication terminals, comprises: generating speech voice data representing speech voices each time a speech session is established between the communication terminal; generating record management data identifying the speech voice data; generating synthetic voice record management data obtained by making synthetic voices representing the record management data in voice into data; and coupling these synthetic voice record management data with the speech voice data as speech voice data.
