A light emitting device is provided to extend a lifetime of the light emitting device by suppressing a leakage current from a resistor and an ESD(ElectroStatic Discharge) discharge element. A light emitting device includes a substrate(4000), a light emitting cell block(1000), and an electronic element(2000). The light emitting cell block includes a first array, a second array, and an AC electrode. Plural light emitting cells are arranged on the first array and formed on one surface of the substrate. The second array is formed on the same surface as the first array. The AC electrode parallel-connects the first and second arrays with each other in opposite polarities. The electronic element is integrated on the other side of the substrate. An insulation layer(5000) electrically isolates the light emitting cell block from the electronic element.
