A potable water purifier for supplying dissolved oxygen is provided to reduce drinking water into alkaline water promptly and increase dissolved oxygen of alkaline water at the same time by mounting an oxygen supply unit on an inner part of the potable water purifier. A potable water purifier(100) for supplying dissolved oxygen comprises: a container(110) having a receiving space(111) of which a top part is opened; a reduction cartridge(120) including a case(121) in which a plurality of through holes(121e) are formed, and which is installed in the receiving space of the container, and in which a housing space(121a) filled with a reducing agent(121c) for reducing drinking water into alkaline water is formed, a joining space(121b) vertically formed in the center of the case and divided by the housing space and partitions, and an oxygen supply unit(130) on which a vortex generating screw is mounted, and which is installed in the joining space; and a drive part(140) including a cover removably joined with a bottom part of the container, a motor(141) mounted on an inner part of the cover, and a magnet(142) which is rotated by the motor and drives a screw(131) by magnetism. Further, the reducing agent comprises magnesium, antibacterial agent, tourmaline, ceramic and carbon.
