PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to promote diffusion of heat transmitted to wiring from a drive unit, and to suppress heat conduction to a liquid in a pressure chamber and a piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A cover member 23, which is so joined to a channel substrate 21 as to cover plural piezoelectric elements 31, has plural wall parts 62 which are arranged in a scan direction. Plural drawal lines 42, which are respectively drawn from the plural piezoelectric elements 31, pass a joint region between the wall part 62 and the channel substrate 21, and extend outside the cover member 23. An outer wall part 62a of the plural wall parts 62 of the cover member 23, which is positioned at an end on one side, has a joint area to the channel substrate 21 which is larger compared with wall parts 62b, 62c which are positioned on the other side with respect to the wall part 62a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
