<p>PURPOSE:To perform stable conveyance by separating a sheet guide surface away from a sheet at other part than a direction converting part until a direction is converted after a sheet conveyed from a sheet containing part passes through a first sheet feed part and the sheet is conveyed to a second sheet feed part. CONSTITUTION:A bottom plate 22 of a cassette 20 to containing sheets is pushed up by a push-up lever 23, a topmost sheet P is delivered by means of a roller 31 and delivered between guide plates 34A and 34B by means of a pair of rollers 32 and 33 with which a first sheet feed part is formed. The direction of the sheet P is converted by a U-turn guide 35. After the sheet passes through intermediate conveyance rollers 36A and 36B, it is slightly separated away from lower guide plates 38A and 38B and conveyed to a resist roller 1 being a second sheet feed part. The sheet is stopped once and aligned, and conveyed toward a sensitizing drum 3. The sheet P is conveyed from the first sheet feed part to the second sheet feed part in a state that it is separated, as shown by a on-dot chain line, from a guide surface by a distance l-3mm at other part than the intermediate rollers 36A and 36B. This constitution relieves a conveyance drive load and conveys even a different sheet in a stable state.</p> |
