PURPOSE:To obtain a hardened material having extremely improved flexural strength, compression strength and bond strength by blending a hydraulic inorganic material with a silica admixture, a micro polymer emulsion, a fine aggregate, an aromatic aminosulfonic acid-based water reducing agent, pigment and water in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:(A) A hydraulic inorganic material such as Portland cement is mixed with (B) a silica admixture such as fumed silica, (C) a micro polymer emulsion having 20-1,000nm average particle diameter such as acrylic copolymer emulsion, (D) a fine aggregate such as sand, (E) an aromatic aminosulfonic acid-based water reducing agent (e.g. BARICK series (R) (F) pigment (e.g. natural pigment) and (G) water in the following blending ratio of (A)/(B)/(C)/(D)/(E)/(F)/(G)=100/3-12/0.5-5 (calculated as solid content)/80-220/0.25-1.8 (calculated as solid content)/0-5/25-35 (weight ratio), poured into a proper mold and cured under normal pressure at 5-70 deg.C for 1-240 hours. |
