VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDED ARTICLE THEREOF

A thermal expansion type vinyl chloride-based resin composition, and a molded product prepared from the composition are provided to improve the expansion in case of the exposure to high temperature, the shape maintenance after expansion and productivity. A thermal expansion type vinyl chloride-based resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride-based resin; 5-200 parts by weight of an inorganic filler; 10-300 parts by weight of a thermal expandable graphite; 0.1-10 parts by weight of a fluorocarbon-based resin; 10-300 parts by weight of a phosphorus compound; and optionally 10-100 parts by weight of a plasticizer. Preferably the phosphorus compound is a nitrogen-containing organic phosphoric acid compound represented by the formula 1 or an organic phosphate compound represented by the formula 2, wherein R1 is independently H or an alkyl group; X is a divalent organic group containing N; R2 and R3 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; M is an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal, a transition metal or a group 14 element in periodic table; and m is an integer of 1-4.
