PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can be mounted in a cradle having a sound-emitting means and can inhibit sound from breaking, when sound emission is switched from the electronic apparatus to the cradle by controlling so as to make both the electronic apparatus and the cradle emit sound, when mounted in the cradle. SOLUTION: In a portable telephone 1 provided with a CPU 821 that can set a volume set value, speakers 800A and 800B, and a switching part 835 for switching an output destination of sound data and the volume set value, when the portable telephone 1 is mounted in the cradle 900, the switching part 835 makes the output destination of sound data be both set as the speakers 800A and 800B, and speakers 910A and 910B of the cradle side.
