A liquefied gas processing system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an evaporative gas compressor compressing an evaporative gas supplied from a liquefied gas tank; an evaporative gas liquefier liquefying at least some of the evaporative gas compressed by the evaporative gas compressor by expanding or depressurizing the evaporative gas; a gas-liquid separator separating the evaporative gas which has passed through the evaporative gas liquefier into a liquid and a flash gas; a first evaporative gas heat exchanger heat-exchanging the flash gas supplied from the liquid-gas separator and the evaporative gas passing through the evaporative gas liquefier; and a second evaporative gas heat exchanger heat-exchanging the evaporative gas compressed by the evaporative gas compressor and the evaporative gas supplied from the liquefied gas tank. The first and second evaporative gas heat exchangers are formed to be parallel. The liquefied gas processing system according to the present invention includes the heat exchangers heat-exchanging BOG, compressed BOG or the flash gas in parallel, thereby selectively supplying the BOG or the flash gas for the reliquefaction of the compressed BOG. Thus, the effects of increasing reliquefaction efficiency and improving operational reliability of the reliquefaction system are obtained.
