DEVICE FOR CONDUCTING OPERATIONS OF TRANSFERRING RECTILINEARLY, ROTATING, GRASPING, PUSHING OUT AND RELEASING SAMPLE SUPPORT, BY UNIAXIAL ROTATION RECTILINEAR TRANSFER TYPE TRANSFER ROD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a sample support is stuck to a sample support grasping portion to make it difficult to be released, because a mechanism for executing the grasping operation for the sample support has a problem in the prior art, while a uniaxial rotation rectilinear transfer type transfer rod is used for moving the sample support many cases therein.

SOLUTION: A component moved longitudinally by a screw, and a mechanism constituted of a component for converting an operation of the longitudinally moved component into opening and closing operations are assembled in a tip of the uniaxial rotation rectilinear transfer type transfer rod in order to transfer a sample or the like, so as to attain the operations for grasping and releasing the sample support, and a mechanism is assembled to release the sample support surely by pushing out the sample support with the screw longitudinally-moved component when released, in the uniaxial rotation rectilinear transfer type transfer rod.
