PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm valve capable of favorably preventing slanting without enlarging a device, and capable of smoothly carrying out water discharging and stopping operation, and flow control operation. SOLUTION: The diaphragm valve is comprised by providing a valve seat 24, a diaphragm valve 26, a primary inflow chamber 50 for the diaphragm valve 26 formed in an outer circumference side of the valve seat 24, and a secondary outflow passage 52 for the diaphragm valve 26 formed in an inner circumference side of the valve seat 24. A plurality of guide plates 66, 68 extending in an axial direction of the diaphragm valve 26, and a straightening part 64 having a plurality of straightening passages 70A, 70B formed between the guide plates 66, 68 are provided in the inflow chamber 50.
