PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can easily assemble an armature and a field element, and can magnetize a permanent magnet of the field element without giving damage to a coil of the armature. SOLUTION: The permanent magnet 12a in a rotor 12 is magnetized by making a pole piece 13d of a magnetizer 13 approximate the external peripheral side of a rotor core 12b after assembling a stator 11 and the rotor 12 in a prescribed positional relationship. By this, the stator 11 and the rotor 12 can easily be assembled, and the permanent magnet 12a in the rotor 12 can be magnetized without giving damage to the coil 11c of the stator 11.
