摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a powder layer, which has a slimness sufficient to be hardly visible on the surface of a three-dimensional shaped article. SOLUTION: A coupling liquid is discharged to the powder layer to form a cross sectional member and the cross sectional member is laminated to shape the three-dimensional article. In order to form the powder layer, a charged powder film is formed on a transfer surface first, and the laminated surface side of the powder layer is charged with a polarity reverse to that of the powder film. The powder film on the transfer surface is transferred on the laminated surface by the electrostatic force to laminate a new powder layer. Since the transfer surface is comparatively hard, an extremely thin powder layer can be formed on the transfer surface. When the powder film is transferred by the electrostatic force, the extremely thin powder film can be stably formed on the laminated surface. When the coupling liquid is supplied on the thin powder layer formed like this to form the cross sectional member, and the three-dimensional object is shaped by laminating the cross sectional member, the three-dimensional shaped article where the step equivalent to the thickness of the powder layer is hardly visible can be formed.
