A wearable device according to the present invention comprises: a touch sensor formed in a pin or boutonniere shape to be worn on a clothing of a user, and sensing a contact of the user; a control unit for generating a control signal according to a touch; a communications unit capable of communicating with a mobile terminal; a power source unit for supplying electricity to the wearable device; and a display unit for displaying a state of the wearable device. Accordingly, the wearable device may conveniently transceive information with an external device.
