PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of magnetic properties and oxidation of magnetic powder during formation due to coating by coating the surface of magnetic powder using the sol-gel method to enable heat treatment of magnetic powder to be performed to make the magnetic powder usable. CONSTITUTION:After a coating film is applied to the surface of a magnetic powder by the sol-gel method, heat treatment is performed, the magnetic powder and a resin are mixed, and then compression molding, injection molding, and extrusion molding are performed. A magnet is ground to a 100 mesh or under and coating is made to the magnetic powder in the following manner. Powder after coating is subjected to heat treatment in vacuum to perform compression molding and to obtain an anisotropic resin coupling type magnet. Corrosion property of the magnet can be improved by coating the magnet itself. |
