PURPOSE:To display the operating state of line wire or an extension quickly, accurately and surely in plural mobile stations. CONSTITUTION:A control section 13 of a base station 1 sends periodically a line operating state as a notice to plural mobile stations 2-N through radio control sections 14, 15. The base station 1 sends a periodic notice for a time t1 for each time t4. The mobile stations 2-N repeat the intermittent reception for each time t8 and receive the notice for a heat tie t2 of the time t8 in synchronism with the time t1 of the periodic notice from the base station 1 through a radio control section 16, a control section 18 recognizes the notice and displays the line operating state of on-hook/off-hook relating to line wire and an extension on an external line lamp 20 and an extension lamp 21. In this case, since the line operating state is updated every time, the passing of the line operating state display of the plural mobile stations 2-N is prevented and the line operating state is displayed accurately and surely.
