PURPOSE: A method for transacting pets after a pre-breeding term through the communication network is provided to make a buyer determine purchase of the pet after breeding the pet, and determine a transaction price of the pet in proportion to the pre-breeding term. CONSTITUTION: A transaction system receives sale information including personal information of a seller, a sort of the pet, the sale price, and the pre-breeding term from a seller terminal, and records it to a sale information part of a database part. Pet information is provided to multiple buyers through a site provided from the transaction site. Purchase information including a new pre-breeding term, the personal information of the buyer, and the information of the desired pet is received from a buyer terminal(S270). The transaction price of the pet is determined by referring to a difference between pre-breeding terms suggested from the buyer and the seller(S290). Settlement information corresponding to the transaction price is received from the buyer.
