PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the deterioration of stability in the case of compounding tranexamic acid to a liquid agent for oral administration such as a drug for common cold. SOLUTION: The liquid agent for oral administration contains tranexamic acid, a sweetening agent and an edible acid such as citric acid or its salt.
