PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture state analysis system of culture solution which is capable of non- and accurately estimating particle diameter distribution or a particle number in a cell cluster having different particle diameters in culture solution, and consequently capable of inexpensively and accurately performing quality control or its production control, or the like.SOLUTION: A state analysis system 1 captures an image of a specific region 52 in suspended culture solution 51 being an estimation target, in which cell clusters having a plurality of different particle diameters exist, performs image analysis regarding the captured specific region 52 based on a plurality of previously registered base information, and estimates a base mixture ratio of each base information in distribution feature quantity of a cell cluster of the estimation target, calculates particle diameter distribution of the cell cluster in the entire suspension culture vessel 50 and the total particle number of the cell cluster in the entire suspension culture vessel 50 based on the estimated mixture ratio, and analyzes the state of the cell cluster.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
