MANUFACTURE OF SOLAR CELL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a solar cell with a high effective conversion efficiency for forming a separation part for series connection with a fine width at a CdTe film and a C film directly below it without damaging an element. CONSTITUTION:A first means causes a lower C film 4 and a CdTe film 3 directly below it to be scribed simultaneously by an YAG laser before coating the entire surface of the C film 4 with carbon (C) paste and drying and then drying and sintering to be performed for forming a separation part and a second means causes the C film 4 and the CdTe film 3 directly below it to be scribed simultaneously before sintering after coating the C film 4 with the carbon (C) paste and drying and then sintering to be made for forming a separation part, thus achieving a solar cell with a high effective conversion efficiency easily in both cases.
