PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a delay time required for jitter absorption by simplifying the absorption of the jitter of a real time transmission signal to be transmitted through a packet network such as an IP in which a large amount of jitter is generated. SOLUTION: This signal receiving device is provided with a means 11 for storing a time stamp CR for an RTP and an MPEG-2 system layer in the same dejitter buffer 13, a means 15 for calculating a time TCd according to the storage value 19 of the dejitter buffer 13, and a means 18 for comparing 17 the time stamp CR with the time TCd at the reading side of the dejitter buffer, and for controlling the reading when they are matched. |
