摘要 The invention relates to a process for stabilizing some alimentary alcoholic distillates. According to the invention, the process consists in treating some alcoholic distillates having alcoholic concentrations of 25...70%, a pH value of 2.8...4 and 1...50 mg/l of iron, minimum 6 mg/l of copper and other heavy metals, with softened water at an alcoholic concentration of 35...45% ethanol with homogenization, afterwards there is determined the content of metallic ions and it is treated with 12...15 g/hl of yellow prussiate of potash, further on there is determined the content of residual iron, residual copper and ferro-cyanogen ions, the obtained product is cleared by mixed treatment with 6...8 g/hl of gelatin and 30...50 g/hl of bentonite, filtered, afterwards there is verified the absence of the suspensions of insoluble ferrocyanides.
