<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor where resin is filled uniformly between a magnet and the wall face of a hole where the magnet is embedded, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The rotor is equipped with a rotor core 41 which is fixed to a shaft and has the hole 400, the magnet 42 which is inserted into the hole 400, and a resin part which is injected into the space between the side face of the hole 400 and the side face of the magnet 42.
