A joint structure of a synthetic resin pipe is provided to improve forming speed of the pipe by integrally forming an inner layer extruded inside an outer layer which is formed a hollow part and a reinforcement wall at its inside. A joint structure of a synthetic resin pipe comprises a synthetic resin pipe(10), an inner bore machining unit(15), an outer bore machining unit(15'), packings(17,17'), and a watertight sheet. The synthetic resin pipe is integrated with an outer layer(11) and an inner layer(14). The inner bore machining unit has inner-bore projections(16) at one side of the synthetic resin pipe by machining the inner bore. The outer bore machining unit has outer-bore projections(16') at the opposite side of the inner bore machining unit. The packings are inserted and assembled to the inner and outer bore machining units. The watertight sheet is used as a finishing member on a joint of the inner and outer machining units.
